Vietnam Veteran PFC Peter Evans (1946-2017) had a dying wish to solve the problem of elderly veterans dying alone; his belief was that this problem is a national crisis. The belief seems to hold correct.
Flowers for Eva™ Initiative. Working Bucks County Community College, and team of colleges, the Flowers for Eva™ Initiative is an Open Source Project NAGA® concept that launches on Memorial Day, May 28th, 2018. The Project NAGA® Bridge Model™ aims to end the dual public healthcare crisis of elderly veterans dying alone and his or her remains going unclaimed.
Supported by doctoral-level research, the Bridge Model™ solution aspires to solve this dual public healthcare crisis by going beyond changes to traditional healthcare education. The solution model encompasses all educational areas and stresses the importance and benefits of community involvement. As the research and pilot studies demonstrate, changes in all areas of education are essential to successfully resolve this dual public healthcare crisis.
